OKAMI SUMIKA NINJITSU-KIHON JUTAIJUTSU is approximately 40mins and covers: Classical bujutsu aspects such as "gogyo no kata" and the "kihon happo" taught within many schools also "tehodoki-freeing the wrist" and "taihodoki-freeing the body" escapes from grabs, headlocks, bear hugs and so forth. This DVD contains the fundamentals of grappling, building upon our previous release that covered the stand up methods of combat. Many of the techiniques are required for advancement in our family system Makoto Kinjo Ryu Budo as well as Okami Sumika Ninjutsu program!

OKAMI SUMIKA NINJUTSU-Level 3 “Goshinjutsu” is over 40mins long and covers various grappling aspects required up to 1st Kyu Brown belt in this system. Techniques such as: "nage-waza” throwing skills" including full throws, wrist and arms throws, rolling sacrifice throws and variations. Also covered are methods of “shime waza” chokes and strangles and fundamental ground escapes. This DVD continues along the combative range progression, building upon our previous releases that covered stand up striking and the more classical methods of Bujutsu. Many of the techniques are also required for advancement in our family system Makoto Kinjo Ryu Budo and make a valuable study aid for any student of our school and organization.
